These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase from HELLOSMART through our website hellosmart.mv. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Agreement to Terms
By clicking "I Agree" or similar, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Return/Refund PolicyShipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Transaction Currency: All transactions are processed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
  • Merchant Outlet Country: The Merchant outlet country is the Maldives.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards. Card payments are authenticated through secure Bank of Maldives payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
By placing an order, you agree to our delivery terms:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 15:00 from Saturday to Thursday will be delivered on the same day between 09:00 – 18:00.
  • Weekend Cut-off: Orders placed after 15:00 on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00.
  • Shipping Areas: We currently only ship across Greater Male'.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer Free Delivery across Greater Male'

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • General Policy: At HELLOSMART, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
  • Replacement for Our Error: If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
    • You must notify Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.
    • The item must be returned to the Hellosmart Warehouse on Orchid Magu, M.Oevaru within 15 days of receipt.
    • You must present your purchase confirmation and a copy of your ID card.
    • All returned items must be in their original, new, and unused condition, except for the reported defect.

6. Customer Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data. 

  • The types of information we collect:
    • Personal Information: Name, email, address, phone number, and order history.
    • Device Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies.
    • Usage Data: Pages viewed and interactions with our site.
  • We do not collect/store any credit/debit card information. Payment made using cards will be securely processed through Bank of Maldives Payment Gateway.
  • The security measures we have implemented, including encryption (SSL) and secure protocols, to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data.
