Refund & Exchange Policy

At HELLOSMART, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a replacement:

• Customer Service must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

• The item must be returned to the Hellosmart Warehouse on Orchid Magu, M.Oevaru within 15 days of the receipt date.

• You must present your purchase confirmation and a copy of your ID card.

• All returned items must be in their original condition (new, unused, and free from damage, except for the reported defect).
